- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tbsp whole milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Whisk eggs and sugar until light and frothy.
- Add melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract, mixing well after each addition.
- Sift in flour and salt; stir until smooth and lump-free.
- Preheat waffle cone maker and lightly grease it.
- Pour ~2 tablespoons of batter onto the center of the maker.
- Close lid and cook for 1–2 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove waffle and quickly roll around a cone roller.
- Hold for a few seconds to set, then cool on a wire rack.
Notes
Work quickly when shaping the cones, as they harden fast. Store cooled cones in an airtight container to maintain crispness.
