Ingredients

✔️ 200g dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher)
✔️ 100g white chocolate (optional, for decorative drizzle)
✔️ 2 tbsp heavy cream
✔️ 1 tsp saffron strands, steeped in 1 tbsp warm water
✔️ ½ tsp cardamom powder
✔️ 1 tsp rosewater
✔️ 50g crushed pistachios
✔️ 20g dried rose petals (optional, for garnish)
✔️ 20g dried fruits (figs, apricots, or dates), finely chopped
✔️ Optional: Edible gold leaf for decoration


Instructions

🔹 Melt the Chocolate:
1️⃣ Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and place in a heatproof bowl.
2️⃣ Melt using a double boiler (or microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring each time).
3️⃣ Stir in heavy cream, steeped saffron, cardamom powder, and rosewater until smooth.

🔹 Add the Mix-ins:
4️⃣ Fold in crushed pistachios and finely chopped dried fruits.

🔹 Shape & Set:
5️⃣ Pour the mixture into chocolate molds or a parchment-lined tray.
6️⃣ Let it set at room temperature for 10 minutes, then transfer to the refrigerator for 1 hour.

🔹 Decorate & Serve:
