Ingredients
1 cup creamy peanut butter (unsweetened or lightly sweetened)
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (or dark chocolate chunks)
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
Pinch of salt
½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions
Melt the Chocolate:
Use a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler to melt the chocolate chips until smooth. Stir every 20–30 seconds to avoid burning.Mix Ingredients:
Stir in peanut butter until fully combined and smooth. Add sweetener, salt, and vanilla. Mix well.Pour & Set:
Line a small baking dish with parchment paper. Pour in the mixture and smooth the top evenly.Chill:
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours or freeze for 30–40 minutes until firm.Slice & Serve:
Cut into squares or bars. Store leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container.
