½ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
¼ cup brown sugar (for topping)
½ cup chopped pecans (toasted for best flavor)

Instructions
Prep the Grapes

Use a rubber spatula to gently fold in the grapes, coating them evenly without crushing.Chill the Mixture
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to 8 hours) to let the flavors blend and the texture set.Add the Signature Crunch
Right before serving, sprinkle brown sugar and toasted pecans evenly across the top. Don’t stir.Serve & Enjoy
Spoon into a glass dish or individual cups, garnish with extra grapes or pecans if desired, and serve cold.
