  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil (or melted butter)

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth with a few chunks for texture.

3️⃣ Mix everything together in a large bowl – cake mix, mashed bananas, eggs, and oil. Stir until combined, but don’t overmix. Add your optional goodies (nuts, chocolate chips, vanilla) and fold them in.
